After several months of searching, we chose Eastman Hardscapes to build our outdoor living area and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision. From the very beginning, Charles was helpful and patient with us as we worked through the design process. He followed up on all of our requests, returned all emails and phone calls promptly (something very unusual in most businesses) and stayed in constant communication. Prior to deciding to go with Eastman, Charles was very diligent without being overbearing – he was there to answer all of our questions, address our concerns and help us design a beautiful space that met our budget requirements and blended in with our home. From past experiences, we have found that the true test begins when construction starts. This is where the Eastman crew excelled. Jack, the foreman on our job, was a true professional. He was kind, courteous and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Our neighbors are in close proximity to us and Jack was ever-mindful of this. Each day, they cleaned up the jobsite and left our yard immaculate. The entire crew was cheerful, friendly, worked hard and took sincere pride in their work. Eastman's tagline is "To be the best – what else is there" and this sums them up to a "T." We are normally very hesitant to recommend services to anyone – quite frankly you never know how things will turn out. However, this is an exception we are happy to make. Anyone with discerning taste and a desire to be impressed will be more than satisfied with Eastman Hardscapes.

Chuck Eastman,

Never in my 15 years at this job have I had a contractor do such a large project in such few days with no complaints and great quality. I am incredulous!

The Hotel Staff at the Nashville Hampton Inn project you just completed is known in the Hotel Industry for being the hardest to please and the most meticulous in details of quality of work and character of workman. Their top priority is the Hotel Guest. Period. If your men were not completely professional in their dealings with the staff or guests I would have heard about it. If your men were not completely professional in the timeliness of the completion of their work, I would have heard about it. If your men were not completely professional in the quality of their work...I received no calls and was amazed to call and find that the work was not only complete but there were no guest or staff complaints and the staff said that, "they were proud of the final product".

If we gave an award for the contractor of the year, you would be the contractor of the decade. Thank you for a quality product and the professional manner in which it was accomplished. You are our top choice for pavers at our other hotels.
